Capital Projects - A/E Submittal Requirements
Firms wanting to be considered must submit six (6) copies of their qualifications.
Only submittals conforming to the following specifications will be considered:
- You are required to provide 6 copies of your submittal for each project you are submitting for. A separate submittal is required for each project.
- Each of your six (6) copies of qualifications must include the standard Federal form 330 on a disk. Do not print the Form 330.
- Each project should have the Project Number and Title clearly printed on the front cover (e.g., project # 08-327– Two 300 Bed Camps.
- 8.5” x 11” cardstock front and back cover (Binders/Notebooks are not permitted).
- 20 pages maximum, not including cover page – (total does not include Federal form 330).
- Printing shall be 2-sided.
- 11” x 17” foldouts permitted but limited to 2 maximum, and shall be included in the 20 page count.
In addition to the “Projects” listed, each “Project” may include other minor unanticipated projects at the facility during the 20__-20__ biennium. The Maximum Allowable Construction Costs (MACC) are offered to provide approximate costs and are subject to change.
Submittals must be received by the Team Program office no later than TBD on TBD.
Firms selected to interview will be notified on or about TBD. Interviews are scheduled for the weeks of TBD thru TBD.
