For all offender medical claim status inquires for claims with dates of service on or after 9/1/2012 submitted through the ProviderOne electronic system, you may check claim status in ProviderOne.
For any inquiry for claims with dates of service prior to 9/1/2012 or for any other claims questions, please contact the Medical Disbursement Unit.
