Sending a Quarterly Package?

The quarterly gift package authorization form lists the types of items allowed and rules around sending quarterly gift packages.

Books can be purchased and sent directly from a reputable book store (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Borders, etc.) Invoices must be in the package and the books must be sent to the offender directly from the vendor.

Food items are only allowed in the Holiday Package, and those must come from the following vendors: Access Catalog.
