Correctional Worker Core Academy

The Correctional Worker Core Academy (CORE) provides a core skill platform for all employees that are expected to work in a correctional facility. It provides participants with the basic knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective service and is a foundation curricula for In-Service, supervisory and management training. Practical skills application and testing is conducted via skills clinics and class quizzes throughout the course.
