New Employee Orientation
All new employees with the Department of Corrections receive New Employee Orientation (NEO), which provides an overview of the Department of Corrections, its operations, policies, and expectations. NEO is a nine-day academy for all correctional workers that are not employed in DOC Prison Facilities.
