Law enforcement officers have apprehended the last of two Larch Corrections Center inmates who walked off from a Department of Corrections (DOC) community work crew Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Randall Jacob Marlow, 45, was captured without incident around 6:45 p.m. June 29.

Marlow was taken into custody at the intersection of Mill Plain Blvd. and Lincoln Ave. in Vancouver, Wash. in a joint recovery effort by DOC and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Marlow and Donald William McLain, 33, were clearing brush and trimming bushes when they walked away from the Larch Corrections Center work crew at Clark Rifles Range in Battle Ground, Wash. DOC immediately initiated a search with the help of local law enforcement and the DOC escape response teams. McLain was captured that evening.

Marlow is being taken to the Clark County Jail to await further charges.
