Earned Release Time (ERT)
The combined earned time and good conduct time credit an offender is eligible to earn off the minimum term established by the ISRB or the sentencing court.

Escapes include any escape from custody such as willful failure to return to work release (does not include failure to return for supervision), escape from a minimum facility, escape from a walled facility perimeter, escape from a county jail, and juvenile escapes adjudicated through a court proceeding.
