Earned Release Time (ERT)
The combined earned time and good conduct time credit an offender is eligible to earn off the minimum term established by the ISRB or the sentencing court.

Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
A detailed statement on the environmental impact of the proposed action, any adverse environmental effects which cannot be avoided should the proposal be implemented, alternatives to the proposed action, the relationship between local short-term uses of man's environment and irretrievable commitments of resources which would be involved in the proposed action should it be implemented.

Escapes include any escape from custody such as willful failure to return to work release (does not include failure to return for supervision), escape from a minimum facility, escape from a walled facility perimeter, escape from a county jail, and juvenile escapes adjudicated through a court proceeding. This definition of escape does not include felony elude or bail jumping.
