Items which are unlawful for any person to possess within the community as defined by the laws of the state of Washington; controlled substances, or any weapon, firearm, or any instrument which, if used, could produce serious bodily injury to another.

Indirect Use
The use of a system or device through another person, device, or by proxy. Indirect use or access includes, but not limited to: 1. Processing an information request for a person or entity not authorized to access the information, 2. Letting an unauthorized person view data on a Department information system, 3. Allowing an unauthorized person or entity to direct the actions of a user on a Department information system, 4. Allowing an unauthorized person to access a Department information system for, or in place of, an authorized user, and 5. Connecting an unauthorized device to an authorized device to access a Department information system.

Intellectual Disability
A disability characterized by significant limitations both in intellectual functioning (reasoning, learning, problem solving) and in adaptive behavior, which covers a range of everyday social and practical skills. This disability originates before the age of 18. One criterion to measure intellectual functioning is an IQ test. An IQ test score of 75 or lower indicates a notable limitation in intellectual functioning. A qualifying IQ score for Washington???s Department of Developmental Disabilities services is 69 or less.
